Michael joined Values Associates as a principal consultant in 2017. Michael brings a wealth of experience in technology, digital transformation and information security all of which are of paramount importance to give business competitive edge and resilience.
Michael has recently completed business transformation projects across UK government that are generating savings in excess of £15m per year whilst ensuring citizen data is secure and inline with EU General Data Protection Regulation legislation.
He is equally at home in start ups to the largest corporates and is passionate about developing people to be all they can be using traditional consulting techniques and energy work approach. He has coached and mentored hundreds of employees across many disciplines to ensure sustainable success, including in challenging situations such as corporate restructures and post-merger scenarios.
He has led multi-million pound national programmes of work in the healthcare space that have delivered ground breaking results and generated critical acclaim, notably been nominated for 2 prestigious awards in the healthcare sector.
Michael also runs our technical due diligence practice and has recently completed an engagement that has saved an investor hundreds of thousands of pounds and set a strategic pathway to deliver groundbreaking medical technology.
When not helping companies realise their full potential, Michael can be found following his musical passions, composing and playing piano.
Roxana founded Value Associates in 2006 and is currently the managing director of the company. She is an expert in operational strategy and performance improvement with over 20 years of professional experience delivering successful process improvement, restructuring and strategy projects across a variety of industries and geographical locations (UK, Western and Eastern Europe and the Middle East). She successfully combines the hands on implementation approach developed while delivering projects for Proudfoot Consulting with the rigour and analytical angle of a big strategy house refined while at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.
She has successfully managed internal projects for top companies like Apple, Sony and eBay amongst others and is at her best when delivering immediate quantifiable results in ambiguous, multicultural or matrix environments where excellent people skills and stakeholder management are a prerequisite to success.
She holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi and a BA in Communications. She is certified in executive coaching, change management and PRINCE 2 project management methodology. She is fluent in English, Italian, French and Romanian.
Roxana is also very passionate about mindfulness and its application to the business world.
