Michael Bell

Michael brings over 20 years of experience in leading digital transformation programmes across the public and private sectors as well as informing strategy for high growth startups and working with investors to assure their technology investments.

He is a passionate entrepreneur, having founded two HealthTech ventures in the past. Currently, he is actively counselling and mentoring high growth HealthTech Startups, aiding them in strategy, product delivery and compliance.

Michael is equally at home in large private organisations and the public sector, especially in Healthcare where he has consulted for NHSX on technology standards. He has led multi-million-pound national programmes that have delivered groundbreaking results and generated critical acclaim, leading to nominations for two prestigious awards.

Michael has deep experience in Agile Product Delivery, leading BA / QA functions and informing delivery strategy for UK Government departments on multiple multi-million-pound programmes delivered to GDS standards.

Michael is dedicated to unearthing the creativity of others and has coached and mentored hundreds of multi-disciplined staff at both established corporates and newly founded ventures, in topics such as product management, business analysis, information governance, healthcare compliance, cyber security, and cloud services.

Michael is passionate about the power of creativity, and when not helping companies realise their full potential, he can be found writing and composing piano music.

Roxana Valea

Roxana is an expert in operational strategy and performance improvement with over 20 years of experience delivering process improvement, restructuring and strategy projects across a variety of industries and geographical locations (UK, EU and the Middle East). She successfully combines the hands-on implementation approach developed with Proudfoot Consulting with the rigour and analytical angle of a big strategy house refined while at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.

Roxana is an entrepreneur at heart, having founded two startups herself and she acts as a trusted advisor for startups who have reached a critical growth phase and need to start implementing elements of a corporate operational structure while retaining flexibility and innovation.

She has successfully managed digital outcomes projects for top companies like Apple, Sony and eBay amongst others and is at her best when delivering immediate quantifiable results in ambiguous, multicultural or matrix environments where excellent people skills and stakeholder management are a prerequisite to success.

She holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi (with a focus on Entrepreneurship) and a BA in Communications. She is certified in executive coaching, change management and PRINCE 2 project management methodology. She is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish and Romanian. She is an author with five published books.

Roxana is passionate about mindfulness and its application to the business world and helps high flying entrepreneurs stay on track and thrive with an original coaching approach.
